Ipsos Australia builds Loyalty team with new hire

Leading global market research agency Ipsos today announced the appointment of Sam Burgess as an Account Manager in the Loyalty team in Australia to strengthen its operations to support and accelerate business growth.

Based in Sydney, Sam will work closely with the Managing Director of Ipsos Loyalty in Australia, Brett Tucker. Brett recently took up his post at the beginning of the year and brought to the role over 12 years experience of research - most recently with Ipsos in the United States.

Sam brings to Ipsos a passion for satisfaction and loyalty research with over three years experience of managing CSAT studies for blue chip companies in the airline, telecommunications and financial services industries.
